| | I managed to pick up a pair of white Arrospok pretty cheaply the other day, thing is, they have not been loved, look like they have been left in the rain and black is showing through bits. I'm probably just going to use the front one for now but if I want to respray white, what's a good waterproof paint to use? I don't really have the best craft skills so will I be f@@cking it up even attempting this ? i.e. I'd hate this to look like the sort of halfords home bike respray you see and cringe at, and should I just leave them bashed? If so is a shame really, because I want the new build to look bling for a week at least. Your words of wisdom are welcome. |

Just spray them (any good auto-paint) and then clear coat them. | |

| | correction: Unfortunately you can't powderoat them as they are composite - unless you are prepared to send them up North pay a little more and sign a waver to say you are aware that they might be damaged in the baking process. Just spray them (any good auto-paint) and then clear coat them. |

| | Okay thanks asm I alwyas like to hang in there, waiting for the sensible answer to prople itself forth. 3 coats NP. Dogs Bo**ox, I may sell that white rear cheapish if you're interested, add to build, and possibly double the price cover the cost of the frame in one swoop. Anyway I'll take a snap and post on the forum for the crew to have first dibs. Non profit is fine, pass on the spok vibes, summers-a-coming and bikes need to be blinged a little if we're ever going to confirm the unwritten and out do Tokyo in the style stakes. Happy Easter. |
